I’m embarrassed to admit that it took a global pandemic to push me to return blogging. Until COVID-19, I had been focused on growing my other business but then “Rona” came and messed up my plans.
Here’s a thought, what if our worst moment becomes our greatest moment? Perhaps Rona came into each of our lives to get us to collectively self- assess? When you’re forced to be still, it allows you to confront the unpleasant parts of yourself. I would assert no matter how successful you are, all of us have things that we need to address. Are you sabotaging your success? Do you need to re-establish boundaries? Do you need to get your money in order? What have you been avoiding? Do you need to get outside your comfort zone? As many of us live through another month of quarantine, I strongly encourage you not to waste it. You do not need to create anything massive. If you arise, kinder, stronger, more confident- that is more than enough.
Here’s a footnote, this message is not meant to minimize those of us who’ve LOST significant sources of income, lost friends and family members. But I caution you to control the controllable- your attitude, for example:.

JOURNAL- I’ve been a big fan of journaling for a really long time! I think it’s easy to start with things you’re grateful for. You would be surprised howwho far that will take you

Our way of life prior to February/ March 2020 is no longer a thing, our lives post “Rona” is our new normal. Don’t allow yourself to get left behind because you did not take the opportunity to assess.
